ProBest Pest Management will perform an inspection of the readily accessible areas of the interior and exterior of your home. This examination is for evidence of wood-destroying insects (WDI) and wood-destroying organisms (WDO), Termites, Carpenter Bees, Carpenter Ants, Beetles etc. This differs from a WDIIR that may be required for the sale/purchase of a home, this report has a fee. ProBest highly recommends this report as it may save you $$$$$$$$$$ in the end.

After the examination has been performed, the findings are reported and a termite treatment estimate will be provided. There is no commitment for treatment and a contract will not be required to sign.

The average termite or pest inspection takes approximately 20 to 45 minutes for a thorough examination. This depends on the size and conditions of the home and property.
