Sanitation is the key, if you have an issue there is a reason- we will solve that issue and come up with a plan and execute it. Sanitation is the key – oh we mentioned that already. It’s that important. Some places have the potential to see more bugs depending on the time of year. We service some places that are adjacent to big open fields, the rodents and or pests are different at different times of the years. One year the False Chinch bugs were crazy and the next year the crickets were over bearing. One year we had at least 1 million crickets coming off a riparian area running right through the open bay of a building. Gosh they were like everywhere.

We service warehouses, strip malls small to large office buildings. We also perform inspections for bed bugs in cubicle areas. Sometimes people have them at home and inadvertently bring them to the office and then they can pass to others. Birds, rodents and termites can be at work as well, they can also bring other pests to the office.
