If you’re a Property Manager, are you getting the most from your Pest Control Company?

 

I’m often asked for my opinion and honestly I’m really glad to give it, sometimes you have no idea of where to turn to and I can be that sounding board. By the way its not always about the money, so if you need an opinion give us a call (if I must spend a great amount of time with the issue there will be a fee). I’m going to give you a few examples:

#1 A large property on the outskirts of South Phoenix is having a rodent issue – there are over 30 buildings and the original company places less than 35 rodent bait stations. Not adequate to stop the issue and they continue to see rodents. ProBest places 120 rodent stations and there is little activity taking place.

#2 An apartment complex continues to experience issues with cockroaches, no contract – only calls for Quarterly outside service. ProBest recommends monthly service.

#3 An older lady calls almost in tears telling a story about the constant Bed Bugs in her home, the other company sprayed a few times but never really got rid of the problem. ProBest did a service at a reduced rate with steam and did exterminate the Bed Bugs.

#4 An HOA continues to have issues with Africanized Honeybees, the on call Pest Company never really listened to the client. ProBest Pest Management presented a program on sealing and caulking to help reduce harborage areas for bees to seek out and attempt to live.
